Reward Card Terms & Conditions

Reward cards are the property of Essential Beauty. Signature or Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the collector rules and these terms and conditions including Data Protection. Card expires 1 year from last treatment date on card. One Reward card per person.

Essential Beauty has the right to refuse issuing a reward stamp or offer an alternative at it’s own discretion.

Essential Beauty is NOT liable for any lose of reward card and is NOT bound to re-issue a new card should you lose your card.

This is NOT a cheque guarantee card, credit or debit card.

We can not give you the difference or discount back in cash, cheque, card, refund, voucher or any other form of credit or future treatment discount.

When booked in for your Free treatment you must arrive for it at your appointment time. If not cancelled with 24 hours notice, late cancelation or non arrival then your reward card and discount redemption will be cancelled or a charge of 50% of your treatment full price in the current brochure with be invoiced (senior citizens discount not allowed) .

Reward cards have no cash value and can only be redeemed for specified discount which can vary and change without notice. You may receive offers from Essential Beauty from time to time.

Reward Cards can not be transferred to another clients/persons reward card. These terms can be Reviewed or changed and you will be informed via notice within the salon or post, call, text or email

You should make any complaint and queries or bookings to a member of staff immediately at the salons contact details.

The reward card is to be surrendered when the discount is redeemed
