·          To redeem your voucher please contact the salon on 01489 895100 to book your appointment, email, text or use the online booking form above

·          All bookings are subject to availability  • There is no cash alternative If you do not arrive for your appointment or you have cancelled without giving us 24 hours notice we may deduct 50% of the value of the treatment from your voucher

·          The voucher can be exchanged for any treatment or product of the same value even if a treatment is stipulated

·           In order for the treatment to be carried out you must bring your voucher with you to your appointment

·          Please choose a treatment(s) to match the full value of your voucher as we can not give change 

·          Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date on the front of the voucher. If you are unable to redeem your voucher by the 6 month deadline you can extend your voucher by giving us a call.

A fee maybe due depending on the length of the extension
